Can I buy picks without an imprint?<\/div>

No, we do not sell blanks. You may, however, buy picks with our logo on them at your local music store or online music retailers such as Amazon<\/a>, Music123<\/a>, Sam Ash<\/a>, Guitar Center<\/a> or Musician’s Friend<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Can I cancel my order?<\/div>

No. Once you have designed your pick and submitted your payment information, setup is begun almost immediately to imprint your Custom Picks. Because of the time and cost involved in this preparation, we cannot cancel orders once they have been submitted.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Can I get less than 30 picks?<\/div>

No. The minimum we offer is 30 picks in our Text Only and Carbonate options. All other pick materials have minimums of 100 picks. Pricing for 30 picks starts at only $24.99 with free shipping!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Do all orders go out in under 48 hours?<\/div>

Most of our orders go out within 48 hours. Orders may take longer if they have more complicated art, or if we need to contact you with a question about your order. Also, Black Celluloid, Colored Pearl, Hot Stamp Foil and Glow in the Dark picks have a 4-6 week imprinting time due to the unique nature of the material.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Do you keep my design on file in case I need to re-order?<\/div>

We store all of our art on our online server for several years. However, we aren’t responsible if somehow your artwork does get lost, so it is a good idea to keep a backup of your artwork for yourself.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Do you offer discounts on large orders?<\/div>

Yes we do! For quantities higher than what we show on our website, please email us at orders@claytoncustom.com for a quote.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Do you ship overseas?<\/div>

Yes, we do. At the top of our designer pages you will see country flags at the top. We provide Fed-ex International Mail Service (FIMS) shipping FREE OF CHARGE to the following countries – Spain, Australia, U.K., Mexico, Argentina, Ireland, Chile, Canada and Costa Rica and more. Just click on your flag to get free shipping to that country.\u00a0 If FIMS shipping is not desired, we offer several other international shipping methods starting at $16.00 for under 400 picks. Additional customs fees may apply depending on shipping method and country.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

How can I be sure my pick looks its best?<\/div>

We can only print as good as your art is, so make sure your image has a high resolution, clean lines, and still looks good at 1″. Also printing it out on your home printer to preview it for yourself before you submit it to us is a good idea.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

How do I know if you received my order?<\/div>

We will confirm receipt of your order and shipment of the order via email. You will also see the amount of the order in your confirmation message.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

How many colors is full-color?<\/div>

When we talk about full-color, we mean that you may use an unlimited amount of different colors. The key to a good full-color pick, however, lays in the simplicity of the design. Remember, the more colors that you use, the harder it becomes to distinguish them on something as small as a guitar pick. But that said, be creative and don’t hold back.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

I don’t have a logo but I want custom picks …<\/div>

Don’t despair! We have a clip art library within our Custom Designer<\/a> for you to pick through (no pun intended). Another great idea is to scan your signature into your computer and upload it to our Custom Designer<\/a> for a true “Signature Pick.”<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

I’m not sure what material I want, can I get samples?<\/div>

Yes, you can order samples of 5 picks of your choice for $5 (includes shipping). Just call us at 1-877-PLAY-GUITAR, and we’ll help you decide on the materials and gauges that would best suit your playing style.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

What is your return policy on custom picks?<\/div>

Our custom pick designer was built to put you in control of how your pick turns out.\u00a0 This way you know exactly what you are getting.\u00a0 Due to this we do not accept any refunds or exchanges on Custom Guitar Picks.<\/p>\n

*Exceptions: <\/strong>If Clayton, Inc. spells your imprint wrong, or puts it on the wrong material or gauge we will re-do the job at no charge. All returned orders require an RMA#, which is issued over the phone, otherwise the return will be rejected.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

What pick gauge is equal to a “medium”?<\/div>

A “medium” gauge tends to be between the .63mm and .80mm range. Our Yellow Delrin XL is a .73mm, and our Ultem is available at .72mm. Any pick at 1.00mm or higher is considered heavy, and .50mm and below is considered a light gauge.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>
