RETURNS & REFUNDS
We promise you Quality and Service, but nobody’s perfect even though we strive to be. In the rare case that a mistake is make, please rest assured that with notification within 7 days of receiving your product, we will re-print the order for you.
If you have received guitar picks that were printed on the wrong gauge or material we will preprint and send out a new batch. We will also email you pre-paid shipping labels so that your return doesn’t cost you a dime.
If for any reason we try and are unable to reprint those pieces correctly, we will refund you those pieces. We will email you pre-paid shipping labels and you will be refunded upon receipt of your returned items.
All returns require an RMA#, which is issued over the phone or via email. All returns without an RMA# will be rejected. All refused custom items will need to be sent back.
